· Available currency of trading in GK Malaysia are Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) only.
· All the price shown in GK Malaysia website is solely the price of the items (exclude shipping fees).
· GK Malaysia will inform buyer the shipping cost (email or Whatsapp) once the products have reached GK Malaysia warehouse and/or GK Malaysia has the final parcel weight.
· Card and E-Wallets is available for buyer to make the payment. Please note there will be a transaction charges on top of the product price.
· GK Malaysia will only reserve your product after GK Malaysia received your payment (either deposit or full payment).
· No exchange policy. No refund policy. Non cancellation policy. GK Malaysia will not entertain any “cancellation request” and/or “refund request” and/or “exchange for other products request”.
· Some Product will be Out of Stocks depend on Studio quantity limitation and website delay to update, if ordered but we find out is Out of Stocks, deposit will be refund
· For those buyers who has paid deposit during Pre-Order and is expected the production, buyer is obligated to pay the remaining balanced when the product is ready to release or ship within One (1) weeks upon receiving the email and Whatsapp notification. If GK Malaysia fail to receive the remaining balanced after One (1) weeks, reminder will then send out to the buyer and buyer will need to settle within One (1) Day time. Should buyer do not settle the remaining balance and shipping fees within the given time frames, deposit will be forfeited.
· Buyer is to make sure details (ie: Name, phone number, shipping address, etc) keyed into GK Malaysia are correct. GK Malaysia will follow the shipping address stated in the website to arrange for delivery. GK Malaysia is not responsible if the product shipped to the wrong address keyed in by the buyer, Whatsapp or Email to us to inform before we ship out if address or any details changes.
· Buyer is obligated to inform GK Malaysia if there is any change in shipping address before GK Malaysia arrange the shipment.
· Final release date of the product is subject to delay by the studio and/or manufacturer. As all the products are hand-made, hence, there will be no two pieces of exactly same products. Hence, products and/or items are subject to minor differences and slight imperfection.
· Should the product in serious and/or major defect (after assembly), GK Malaysia will assist buyer to negotiate with the studio and/or manufacturing to replace the product or part. However, please take note that this shall subject to the acceptance and/or agreement of the studio and/or manufacturer. Serious and/or major defects shall mean the following: – (i) Obvious visible cracks, chips (from a distance) (ii) Missing parts or pieces
· Should buyer receive any broken parts of the products and/or missing parts of the products, buyer is obligated to inform and provide photo(s) of the broken parts as proof to GK Malaysia within 3 days (from the day parcel has received by the buyer).
· Buy at your own risk. GK Malaysia shall not be liable to any malfunctioned, damage and/or loss not due to defect in manufacturing, theft incident and/or inappropriate handling of the product.
· Buyer is responsible to you own country tax.
· GK Malaysia Technology is not liable if there is any return of the parcel by your country custom. Buyer is obligated to bear shipping cost if re-ship of the product is needed.GK Malaysia assumed you have read and understood all its meaning in this policy.
