No Return are allowed for all GK statues
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Resin products are brittle in nature and there is a risk of breakage in the shipping process, we cant guarantee you will received It without any damage , because resin statue is fragile .We will help you contact the studio for the replacement, Self repair work may be required in the unfortunate event that they arrive in imperfect condition. All items are guaranteed to be in good condition prior to shipping.

Insurance (Base on Customer Request)
The purchase of insurance transportation is only a condition to compensate for the missing package, and there is no compensation for the damage of the transportation package! Please understand

Insurance Claim
A refund will be issued after insurance claim is successful. You may be required to provide related documents throughout the claim process. Insurance claims are subjected to Terms and Conditions of the insurer.

Shipping to return your product
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Cancellation
Any order cancellations must be done before the payment is made. We do not allow cancellation once an order has been processed.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, you will be contacted to provide us your bank account and we will bankin payment to your bank directly within a certain amount of days., please note that for those using credit card or paypal, transcation fees charge for credit card and e-wallets are not refundable, refund amount are not include transcation fees.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
